We are currently shipping to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland only and offer free shipping on all orders.
Please note that we currently are not able to ship to Scottish Highlands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm), PO Boxes, and British Forces Post Office locations.
We process, pack, and dispatch orders within 48 hours. Your planner will be shipped using either Evri or Royal Mail standard delivery service and should reach you within 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can quickly investigate where it has gotten stuck and offer you a replacement if needed!
👉 In cases where you select ‘leave in a safe place or with a neighbour for delivery, we can’t accept any responsibility for missing or lost items.
👉 Missed deliveries, parcels that are refused or returned to us due to them not being collected on time from a depot/parcel shop will incur a surcharge to cover the return costs we are charged by our courier.
👉 Delivery disputes and other problems with delivery need to be brought to our attention within 10 working days of the shipping date. After this date, we do not accept any responsibility for missing or lost items.
When purchasing our digital products, such as digital goal planners and printables, you’ll be able to access a ready-made file once your payment comes through. Please note that no physical item will be shipped, you’ll simply need to click a link after the purchase to download the file.
We do, of course, hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with the planner you receive. However, if your planner arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described on the website, and you want to return it, then you can do so.
To return an item, please reach out to us directly within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Once notified, you will have another 14 days to return the product.
The product in question must have no visible usage marks, be in its original packaging, and be accompanied by the original order number so we could issue a refund (you can either write a note of it or simply print and include the order confirmation email inside the package). You will receive your refund as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item(s) – typically within 3-5 days of delivery.

Please provide as much information as you can to ensure that we have a complete understanding and proof of the fault to avoid any delays.
If you are returning an item that is faulty, please be sure you do so only after you email us first. You will need to return the item(s) using a tracked and “Signed For” delivery service and have a postage receipt. You will have to cover return delivery costs yourself, although we will refund the postage cost alongside the full product cost within 3-5 working days from when it reaches our warehouse.
If you do not use a tracked service and your return is lost in transit, we have the right to withhold the refund. Likewise, if the returned product arrives in a bad condition, the refund will be at our discretion. Therefore, please be sure to pack the item(s) you are returning with care and use a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of return shipping for non-faulty goods (for example, when you simply change your mind). If you insist on returning the item that is not faulty, keep in mind that you will need to pay for a tracked and “Signed For” delivery service and this is not refundable.
Due to the nature of these items, digital planners and printables cannot be returned to us and you will not receive a refund for them. Therefore, please make sure you really want to purchase these digital items prior to entering your payment details.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason, counting from the day you receive your item(s).
To cancel, you must get in touch with us via email at email@example.com and inform us of your decision to do so by providing a clear statement. Ideally, you will use a similar template to the one below to register your cancellation:
Once your cancellation has been received, we will request for the item(s) to be returned to us unopened, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging.
Once the items are returned and inspected, we will reimburse all payments received from you, except the shipping cost. Meaning, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Unfortunately, if the items returned appear to be damaged or mishandled by you, then the refund will be at our discretion and you most likely will not receive a full refund amount.
If the returned item(s) appear to be in an acceptable condition, the full order cost, except the postage, will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the initial transaction no later than 14 days after the day we receive your returned item(s).
