How to use it

It’s time to really stop and think about where you want to be and how you want to see yourself after the next 6 months.

Think about your work/career, hobbies, lifestyle, health, relationships… consider all areas of your life that are important to you and write these down in as much detail as you can so you could even see it in your mind’s eye.

Knowing exactly where you want to be after a certain period of time will help you formalise your goals and plan how to get there. You will also be able to go back and remind yourself what you are working towards when you need it, for example, if you lose motivation along the way.

Use goal planning pages to formalise your goals and think about the key actions that you need to take to reach them.

Remember, this space is for your 6-months goals only, so it has to be achievable within that time frame – otherwise, you might feel a little demotivated.

Be as specific as you can here, this will help you understand when your goal has been successfully reached and will help you plan your months, weeks, and days ahead.

A NOTE FROM US: It’s good to include goals related to having a fun time, too, so you could make sure to set some time for this each month/week/day or you might end up experiencing burnout!

Our planner is undated so you can make it your own! You might want to use a calendar alongside it but we personally do not find it necessary at this stage.

Here you will find a designated space for you to write down the exact objectives you want to achieve that specific month. We recommend picking something from each goal that you noted down at the beginning so you could work on them all a little bit each month. Be sensible though, write down only as much as you feel you can actually achieve in a month.

A TIP: Crossing off each day that you are working on your goals will keep you super motivated and unwilling to break the flow – we highly recommend it!

Our weekly pages give you enough space to note down the specific milestones you want to reach each week to get closer to meeting your monthly objectives.

We recommend planning 4-5 weeks in advance – no less and no more.

At the end of the weekly planning pages, you will find a tracking bar where you will be able to mark each week you successfully meet all of your milestones.

A TIP: Marking each week regularly will show you how likely you are to meet the milestones you set for yourself and change how you plan your weeks if you are struggling to meet them all.

Finally, you will find pages dedicated to plan your day to day activities – you may choose to include various responsibilities there, but we highly recommend using this space to schedule in the key tasks that you need to get done to meet your weekly milestones.

You can use the extra space on the right to specify the exact times you want to work on your tasks or simply write “AM/PM” as we do – what can we say, we love the flexibility!

There is also a small area for little notes or reminders. For example, we always write a reminder to drink 2 litres of water there as this is a task that we want to have in every day 😊
