INFORMATION

We currently only ship to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland and offer free shipping on all orders.

Please note that we currently are not able to ship to the Scottish Highlands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark and Herm), PO Boxes, and British Forces Post Office locations.

📒 Physical Products

Most of our physical products are made on-demand and can take between 10-15 working days to arrive. Your products will be shipped using Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery service.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 working days, please get in touch with us via email hello@ikigloo.com. We'll quickly investigate where it has gotten stuck and send you an update or offer you a replacement if needed!

Please note:

👉 In cases where you select ‘leave in a safe place' or 'deliver to a neighbour' for delivery, we can’t accept any responsibility for missing or lost items.

👉 Missed deliveries, parcels that are refused, or returned to us due to them not being collected on time from a depot/parcel shop, will incur a surcharge to cover the return costs we are charged by our courier.

👉 Delivery disputes and other problems with delivery need to be brought to our attention within 10 working days of the shipping date. After this date, we do not accept any responsibility for missing or lost items.

💻 Digital Products

When purchasing our digital products, you’ll be able to access a ready-made file once your payment comes through. Please note that no physical item will be shipped, you’ll simply need to click a link after the purchase to download the file.

REFUNDS

📒 Physical Products

We hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with the product you receive. However, if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described on the website, and you want to return it, then you can do so.

To return an item, please reach out to us directly within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Once notified, you will have another 14 days to return the product.

The product in question must have no visible usage marks, be in its original packaging, and be accompanied by the original order number so we can issue a refund (you can either write a note of it or simply print and include the order confirmation email inside the package). You will receive your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the return.

To return your item, please email us at hello@ikigloo.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Short description of why you want to return the product (if the product is damaged, please include a picture/video that clearly shows it)

Please provide as much information as you can to ensure that we have a complete understanding and proof of the issue you have with the product to avoid any delays.

If you are returning a product that is damaged or faulty, please be sure you do so only after you email us first. You will need to return the item using a tracked and “Signed For” delivery service and have a postage receipt. We will cover the cost of return postage and will refund both the postage cost and the full product cost within 14 working days from when it reaches our warehouse.

If you do not use a tracked service and your return is lost in transit, we have the right to withhold the refund. Likewise, if the returned product arrives in a worse condition than what was sent when the return was confirmed, the refund will be at our discretion. Therefore, please be sure to pack the planner you are returning with care and use a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods.

If you simply change your mind and wish to return a product that is not damaged or faulty, you are entitled to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. However, you will need to pay for a tracked and “Signed For” delivery service, and this return shipping cost is non-refundable.

💻 Digital Products

Due to the nature of the digital products, they cannot be returned, and you will not receive a refund for them unless they are faulty and not fit for purpose.

By purchasing and downloading digital products, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the download has started. This means that refunds will only be issued if the product is defective and/or does not match the description.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason, counting from the day you receive your item(s).

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will provide instructions on how to return your order. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

📌 You are entitled to inspect and handle the goods as you would in a physical store. However, if the item is returned in a used or damaged condition beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 working days. This refund will include the full cost of the product.

⚠ Please note: If you ordered digital products, your order cannot be cancelled once the download has started. By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to waive your right to cancel under UK law, unless the product is faulty. 📌 This cancellation policy applies only to orders cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
