• Your store name and website link (if you have one). Alternatively, you can provide your store’s social handles – we’d love to check them out!
• What planner you would like to order (we would be able to print planners that are currently out of stock, too)
• The desired number of units you would like to order 
• And if there is a deadline by when you’d like to receive the planners and any other extra requirements if applicable.
